The projects developed by IULIUS focus on community and environment, in compliance with sustainability principles, and their most important mission is to enhance people’s quality of life.

Green certification
Our buildings have been developed with sustainability principles and minimal environmental impact in mind.
All UBC buildings achieved international accolades, attesting to their special care toward the environment, in the form of green certifications, namely the U.S. Green Building Council’ LEED and/or the International Finance Corporation’s EDGE green certifications.
Furthermore, the IULIUS portfolio includes two office buildings holding dual green certifications.
