About us

We, the IULIUS team, take pride in our 25-plus years of experience in the domestic real estate market. In all these years of activity, we have become one of the greatest developers and operators specializing in major urban regeneration mixed-use projects based in Romania. Our projects are present in four of the largest cities in Romania, namely: Iași, Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca, and Suceava.

IULIUS Company has come came into prominence as one as the most active developers and operators of class A office buildings in Romania, creating regional business hubs in three major academic centers, namely Iași, Timișoara, and Cluj-Napoca. The company portfolio includes 14 office buildings developed under the United Business Center (UBC) brand and the Palas Campus Iaşi complex.

Projects in 4 cities (RO)

We have developed the nationwide Iulius Mall network with three regional shopping malls (Iaşi, Cluj-Napoca, Suceava), the Palas Iaşi and Iulius Town Timișoara mixed-use projects, and two Family Market projects (Iaşi). The projects add up to a total retail area upwards of 310,000 sqm and are regional market leaders, with more than 70 million visitors every year.

Class A office spaces

In just ten short years, we at IULIUS Company have come into prominence as one as the most active developers and operators of class A office spaces in Romania. We have built regional business hubs and multinational creative communities in three major academic centers, namely Iași, Timișoara, and Cluj-Napoca. In total, we have integrated 15 office buildings into mixed-use projects, with a leasable area of 242,000 sqm, 80-plus companies, and approximately 25,000 employees. The offices buildings are built in line with the highest sustainability standards, being either certified or pending LEED/EDGE certification.
