PALAS CAMPUS

Palas Campus is the largest office building in Romania and the most extensive investment made in Iaşi in the last 10 years, adding up to more than 120 million Euro. Designed as an expansion of the Palas Iași mixed-use complex, the Campus has transformed a run-down area in downtown Iaşi into an ultramodern IT hub, where the latest technologies used worldwide are being developed.

The offices in Palas Campus integrate all the latest features in terms of premium office spaces: generous floor areas, premium finishes, natural lighting for a long part of the day, common areas designed for relaxation and social networking, which boost creativity and efficiency, secure parking spaces, as well as more green spaces.

On the ground floor, the employees in the building have access to an extensive range of facilities, including concept restaurants and coffee shops that are ideal for lunchbreaks, supermarket and various services, gym, physical therapy clinic, and other medical services.

Palas Campus has achieved two green certifications, namely the EDGE certification granted by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and LEED Platinum, the maximum LEED certification level granted by the U.S. Green Building Council, respectively.

The office complex was designed from the very beginning as a modern business infrastructure, adapted to the latest sustainability standards. In 2021, the project obtained the first green loan granted in Romania by the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group.
